MARIO SOLINAS – Lettere e Sogni CD

In his album “Letters and dreams” we find stories of his land and his personal stories, lived in his land. It is from Sardinia that he draws inspiration just as it is in the singer-songwriter world that he draws his style.> P> De Andrè, De Gregori, Fossati, Guccini and Branduardi were his references, so much so that they led him to create a recital, “Cantautorando”, where he revisited their pieces in two versions, the first with a rock band and the other accompanied by a string section, which has led far and wide across Sardinia. Like De André who He loved Sardinia so much, he dived into his roots to emphasize the stories of his homeland, just like the Tazendas and Piero Marras to name some island artists.
